Holsgrove Signs for Liverpool

Glenavon under 8's Kieran Holsgrove has signed for Liverpool FC.

Dan Grundy, Andy Thomas and everyone at Glenavon U8's would like to wish Keiran all the best for the future when he leaves in the summer to join the Academy at Liverpool.

Below is a message from Kieran's proud Dad, Stu.

"On Friday 18.4.08 Kieran Holsgrove signed for Liverpool FC, (he had also been asked to sign for Manchester United & Everton, both of which we declined). I have attached some photos (see right) thought you might like to see them.

All of the boys that signed were taken to London for the weekend to play Fulham & Chelsea (Kieran was Captain for the day.)

This will be Kieran's last season for Glenavon U8's following his signing for Liverpool.
